5 stars ++++! Best shop in town. I’m a professional musician and have been working with Ike for quite a few years now. I’ve bought gear there, sold gear there, had my guitars worked on (Sam did stellar work on a high end Les Paul of mine, crazy good and very reasonable).

Big fan of Flipside. By far the nicest staff I've seen in a music store. Best selection of instruments in Denver. Used prices can be very reasonable. New location is out of the way, but inside, it's super nice.
The best guitar/audio store along the front range, hands-down. I've been in a few times for buys/trades and am always impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness among the staff; zero judgment, no matter what my questions are.
Recently went in and one of the employees was kind enough to set up at least 8 or 9 different pedal recommendations in the back room AND assist me by cycling through different pedals and configs via blind "taste test" until I found the one that I loved. I really appreciated the willingness to help me find what I liked based on the sound and not the brand.
Will definitely visit again in the future. Strong recommendation.

She complained that the price was to high on the guitar she wanted, so the guy gave her a discount, a soft cover, and 3 thumb picks.

Fantastic guys here! Hands down one of the best music shop experiences I have ever had. Seriously. Anyone who frequents music stores knows the pretentiousness you expect to find. Even if they are good ones and even good people. But this place has none of that. Great people to chat with. Very welcoming. And I haven’t even mentioned the selection yet... this is the only store in Denver for pedals. Period. These guys have ‘em all. I was blown away how they had almost every one I wanted. I was expecting maybe one or two on hand but instead they had all but one or two. I’ve dropped a few pennies here before. And no doubt will I do so again.
This is my favorite guitar shop in Denver. The customer service is second to none, they have a great selection of guitars, and Sam, the tech, is the only person I trust in Denver to setup my guitars right. I can’t recommend this place enough.
